Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual front-end QA of marketing websites, HTML emails, landing pages, and banner ads.

- Perform visual QA and accessibility checks (e.g., WCAG compliance).
- Validate API integrations and backend data where needed.
- Use tools like BrowserStack, Litmus, or similar to manage test environments.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to catch and resolve issues early.
- Provide clear bug documentation with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and environment details.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on front-end testing.
- Proficiency in testing HTML emails, digital banners, and responsive web designs.
- Solid understanding of accessibility, performance testing, and visual layout validation.
- Hands-on experience with tools like BrowserStack, Litmus, or similar platforms.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic US Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT staffing and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with VMS,MSP , and a solid understanding of the W2 employment model. This role is critical to ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of IT talent across our US clients, while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Management: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT staffing needs across various clients, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with VMS/MSP contacts and hiring managers; act as the escalation point for delivery issues.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters and Account Managers; ensure adherence to best practices and performance KPIs.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and fill rates.
- Candidate Management: Oversee recruitment and onboarding of W2 candidates; ensure compliance with US labor laws and client requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on delivery metrics, submittal quality, and recruiter performance; ensure data accuracy in ATS and VMS portals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and HR teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 2 years in a Delivery Manager or leadership role
- Deep understanding of VMS/MSP ecosystems (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, etc.)
- Proven experience with the W2 employment model, including onboarding, benefits, and legal compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
- Results-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics and delivery efficiency
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in managing offshore/onshore recruitment teams
- Prior experience working with direct clients in addition to VMS/MSP
